This list has been moved and is now private. To join this list, please subscribe to the Solar Lights Quarterly by visiting: http://www.spacew.com/solarlights/ This list will be discontinued and deleted in the near-future. This list distributes auroral activity sightings, as received through the global auroral activity observation network. Following significant periods of auroral activity, it may take a day for people to post their sightings to the network. Since this distribution list shows the current sightings for yesterday (rather than today), it will often contain sighting reports that were submitted late. Although this is not a "Final" report of aurora sightings, it is the last daily summary of sightings that we provide. Older observations can be requested from Solar Terrestrial Dispatch directly. Using Finalaurora
To post a message to all the list members, send email to finalaurora@spacew.com. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Finalaurora
Subscribe to Finalaurora by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
